All payments will be processed online only. BFA covers the cost of the transaction fees. If you have a special circumstance, please contact the BFA Treasurer.


Refunds

Team Fee refunds will only be made to players if:

  1. BFA cannot field a team due to unavailability of coaches or insufficient number of player registrations
  2. The player is not placed on a team
  3. Season cancellation
  4. If a player withdraws from the program before evaluations begin

 

No other exceptions on refunds once evaluations begin.

MIKE ROWEKAMP SCHOLARSHIP


Mike Rowekamp coaching for BFA in 1996.

A generous financial donation from the Rowekamp family in honor of Mike Rowekamp, has allowed BFA to continue offering financial assistance to qualifying players since 2021. Mike was instrumental in starting the first 10U fastpitch league in Minnesota and coached in Bloomington for 25 years. He not only taught his players the fundamentals of playing ball, but also that hard work has reward, that winning is fun but it's important to win graciously, and that something is learned from losing as well.

 

BFA seeks to provide recreation programs for traveling fastpitch sports participants. This policy establishes a program which may provide financial assistance in the form of need-based assistance equal to up to 50% of the player registration fees.


If you would like to apply for financial assistance, you must complete the Financial Assistance Application and then contact the BFA Treasurer prior to registration completion.


Fall Traveling Uniforms

The Fall Traveling uniform will be a navy blue performance t-shirt. The $25 will be collected at the end of this registration.
